Great and friendly service. Was able to get a nice bouquet for my daughter quickly.
I called a few days before my pickup and ordered one bunch of cala lillies. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and we discussed the whole order from the height of the flower to the color. He took down my name and phone number. I never received a call and decided to call them on the day of pick up I had arranged. The woman who answered was unaware of my order and said that the gentleman had probably forgotten. She told me that she had some and I could come in and choose them myself. When I went into the shop, the gentleman (the same one from the phone call I'm assuming) walked into the refrigerator and grabbed five for me, tied them with rubber bands and handed them to me. The woman looked at the flowers and pointed out a few marks and imperfections and asked if I was sure those were the ones I wanted. She also asked if I wanted them wrapped in some paper. The gentleman dismissed her, did not change my flowers or wrap them and asked for my card. I was on my way to the airport at the time and didn't have time to remedy the situation. From this experience I would conclude that they are unprofessional and unorganized. I will not be coming back here and would much rather go to the flower shop a few doors down from them.
