Oh. My. Goodness. I cannot even begin to say how wonderful it was to work with Aetna Stores! Even through the stress of deciding on fabrics, wood finish and then the waiting for delivery, their service was 100% A++. And to top it off? The couch is PERFECT. I couldn't have imagined it any better.
Aetna Stores made us this beautiful sectional , according to all Our specifications, they suggested fabric , shape and color of the legs along with all the finer details that really makes our couch beautiful but also very very comfortable. The only drawback is you have to be ready to follow up and expect a delay in timelines but this is the case with every furniture store in the bay, they were nice enough to waive off delivery charges . It was definitely worth the wait as we get complements on our coach every time! I would definitely refer them and it's a much better and more feasible option no doubt then any other furniture stores. Not only did they offer the cheapest price for the bed frame I wanted, but they made sure to keep an open line of communication the whole way through. Paul was very accommodating with a last minute address hangs.
