Got our furniture on the time that we were promised and we LOVE it so much!! We were hesitant about ordering furniture online without sitting on it first but when we received our pieces, we were pleasantly surprised of how beautiful and comfortable they are! We ordered 2 Soto Chairs and the Hughes Grand Sofa. We are very happy!
I had a great experience with Melrose furniture store I found several dining table sets online and choose the one I really like. Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They confirmed that everything I wanted was in stock, and ready to be delivered to me, two days prior my order. The prices are best and on top that off that I got fee for delivery and assembly. I would definitely recommend for your furniture needs.
Excellent, and amazing. I called the store to order a dining table without chairs, as I got the set 5 years ago, and now the table legs were loose. The owner was so kind and he said that I can order it, then he asked me what is wrong with the table, and he offered to take the table to the store to see if it can be fixed instead. After one week, he informed us that the table is ready, but guess what!!? He gave us a new table with no charge.
I walked into the store and within minutes Kevin had me hooked with a mattress and ready to go. I will also be purchasing a couch through this company seeing as how convenient and effiecient they are! Great place and even better pricing!!!!
We have two small kids and a dog, so we needed our new sofa to balance comfort with durability. The Braxton Sofa has been perfect for us. We love the Key Largo Zenith Teal color (get so many compliments), and the size is great for a family. Cushions are firm but this is an extremely comfortable couch! Already planning next Joybird purchase!
