Great experience financing my first big girl couch. Only thing holding me back from a full 5 stars was the lady who helped me may have tried to pull a fast one on me twice by giving me the wrong price that was much higher than what we discussed. Had to correct her twice. Not sure if she was having an off day or sneakily trying to get a higher commission. Regardless, mostly a positive experience just pay attention to the numbers and do the math yourself!
Had a great experience, I was greeted immediately but not pressured at all. All of my options were explained as far as promotions and specials. The only negative was that the published ad that got me there wasn't even in their system to order, but the sales person and the manager tried to find it for a half hour without using it to sell me something else. I will definitely come back!! The corporate office shouldn't mislead customers like that, but the store itself was very professional and efficient. Hany Isaac made the process of applying for the credit, selecting all the pieces and signing all paperwork very easy.
The team at Ashley's furniture was amazing… They were patient helpful and understanding… We have a furnishing a whole house so as you can imagine it be pretty expensive… The manager worked out a great deal for us and we left there with our whole house furnished and a great price

The gentleman was great at first and said he could get us a great deal... we are a young hard working couple that is tight on money so a deal is what we were looking for... also I told the man that I need the couches asap within the week, he said no problem within 2 to 3 days.. now when we were finalizing the deal I had to go because my mother was sick in the hospital, so I left my girlfriend in his hands trusting she was going to be taken care of... come to find out he charged us about $400 more then what we spoke about and also the couches will be taking 2 to 3 WEEKS..!!!! I am so upset I don't know what to do.. I will be calling corporate.. and just to add I was never told that we were able to trade things out because we got the multi piece... I really hope someone can help.. please... thank you for listening.. have a good one
