The staff was very knowledge and helpful and even pointed me to the store next door when they didn't have enough of the batteries I was looking for. Great small business and would love to support them in the future.

North Hollywood Hardware consistently goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service, from special-ordering garden soil amendments to helping me install a bike basket so I didn't need to buy a wrench to use just one time to just now staying open a few minutes late so that I could make a purchase. They are always happy to discuss what I need and make recommendations on the best product to buy. A true neighborhood gem!

Been comin here for a couple of months because of the convenient location. Small but surprisingly well-stocked, and the customer service here blows home depot out of the water. Staff is more knowledgeable and very helpful. highly recommended
