I found out over an hour and a half later. Went back to the store and spoke with John at the customer service desk. He was more than accommodating and made sure I had the items I had purchased. No fuss, no muss, just good old fashioned customer service.
Great customer service. I pulled a bonehead move today while purchasing some items at Orchard, and took a phone call while checking out. My mistake, rushed out of the store and forgot to grab some of my merchandise.
Great selection of hardware and do it yourself items at fair prices. You may pay a little more than places like Home Depot but the staff are very friendly and eager to help and usually find you as opposed to having to search for help at other large stores.
