A family oriented environment, my experience shopping at Angel rugs was nothing less than inviting and comforting (pun intended). They have loads of different styles of rugs ranging from modern to classic to fit whatever style you're looking for. And if it's out of stock, they have it at another store ready for pick up! Macy's Furniture Gallery is best.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A COUCH - SHAME ON YOU MACY'S
I purchased the Grey one pictured below from the showroom after three months searching for the right couch that would be highly comfortable and extra soft and cushy to sit on form the get go. The showroom model fit that perfectly. I ordered one - told 12 weeks and your credit card would only be charged upon delivery. They charged my bank card 3X over the waiting for delivery period - without warning and then were EXTREMELY NASTY when I called to complain and try to resolve, then they did it again. Next the couch finally delivered and it its a piece of CHEAP CRAP! I paid Premium for this model almost $2000 and what they delivered wasn't worth $200! No where even close to the floor model I purchased - extremely over stuffed- the measurements are completely off from the showroom model. The stuffing is not at all what I ordered and completely uneven and IMMENSELY UNCOMFORTABLE!! The stuffing is hard as rock and un-sittable! I immediately went back to showroom and they could be bothered to help me other than to say call the 800# to complain. They said they'd send a technician out in a few weeks to fix it- Ha fix it - with a magic wand ? Actually make it to the couch I ordered and paid a high premium price for? No he walked in and said he's have to reorder - and it would take a minimum of 4+ weeks. Again I made several calls and May's response : "we are not responsible for a third party manufacturing" - sorry - SORRY? SHAME ON YOU MACY'S - selling someone quality in your showroom and having them pay premium price then delivering absolutely sub par crap- and be willing to do anything about it- SHAME ON YOU MACY'S. Its been about 6weeks and I can sit on couch - you either fall into the crack or if you sit sideways in the crack you'll get a severe Neck Ache. I should sue them for medical bills - SHAME ON YOU MACY'S. Your customer service SUCKS and you have lost a customer for life.
I never see so bad store Macy's home department before.. When I check out . They forgot take out security. After two days I come back ask for take it out .. They say 4 times cannot help me without receive. When they say that very strong words and black face to me..Looks like I stolen their things. I had not keep receive. I am unlucky. After they take out. Warning me and say"remember only this one time help me take out" I am so angry. I said "please take security off after I pay next time " and she answered " this was not I help you when you check out ............so bad experience before Christmas... So sad...
Such a great selection. Was incredibly happy with the service and my purchase! Excellent quality for a reasonable price!
