The building is gorgeous with an "Old Hollywood" feel. The most affordable rent on the Sunset Strip. Quiet residents, and a safe building with a gated courtyard.
I called to ask whether an apartment is available. The lady who picked up the phone was not only rude but not answering my questions either! Bad customer/tenant service already. No interest in renting/spending my money here.
Gloria, the building manager is extremely helpful and responsive. On numerous occasions she went out of her way to address questions and help out with little things like me losing a key. Gloria in of herself made my tenancy worth the experience.
