I was on hold for 15 minutes, hung up. tried about 10 more times. Not once did anyone ever pick up the phone.
I call noise complaint everytime next door neighbours have their tv on at full blast after a certain hour. City ordinance states that if noise level can be heard by house next to you, it is reportable and you can file a complaint. Only once did the police come to my house. By that time, noise stopped. Since then, even when I call for a noise complaint, I'm told that an officer will come by and check it out. Really? Yeah, I end up falling asleep and they never show. Why do I have to suffer at the hands of noisy inconsiderate people living next door with a screaming child all the time? I thought police motto is to protect and serve?
On 6/20/17.a man came through my moms back door & assaulted her in her kitchen. The man tried to get into other houses & then jumped off a roof & disappeared. LAPD n/e div. Responded immediately . The air ship was first.they set up a perimeter & caught the suspect. I am impressed with the lightning response of these well trained, organized officers. I watched them put their lives in danger for the safety of the community & work together with the residents. Their training shows in their professionalism. THANK YOU ! G0D BLESS ! I have been calling for a couple of days still no answer. Maybe hiring someone to answer phones would be nice so we'd know someone is there.
I read reviews that they didnt pick up the phone, but ACTUALLY, they don't pick up the phone. Rings for a while then a recording tell you that your, "call could not be completed". Is this a joke??
