This was my first time using this company, I'm okay with the fact that you have to put an offer in with their agents, but I'm not really too keen on someone giving me attitude and assuming that I'm trying to "con" one of their agents. Plus the fact that there was only a 3 hour window for a showing on a Sunday afternoon. Guess times have changed. I will definitely be working with a traditional agent to try and view their properties in the future. I actually called an agent that we met yesterday afternoon and he's already shared more information about the property than I was able to obtain from Redfin!
I received a few other snide remarks which implied this person either didn't believe me or didn't fully understand the whole licensing process.

I say, "I hold a license, but I'm not currently working as an agent so I no longer have lockbox access and would like to see the property."
Unfortunately, I'm not sure that I would look at buying a property through Redfin. I come from a real estate background, but don't currently work as an agent. A representative gave me attitude once learning that fact.
She says "Well, why are you calling us if you have a license?"
