Great service, very helpful staff. The location is convenient. The spots are a little tight but the staff takes a forklift and backs your trailer in for you. The park is well maintained.
Cannot say enough great things about this place. From the moment we got there, the hospitality was top notch. Spacing was a bit tight but the staff promptly parked our trailer with ease and the spacing was a non-issue. The park itself was relaxing and beautiful with clean and plentiful amenities. The works of art around the park is lovely to look at as well. Balboa was the first of many RV parks we stayed at and it was a great first choice to start our road trip. Unfortunately, our expectations were then set pretty high and no rv parks can compare. We can't wait to go back for another stay.
The location is very convenient to anything you want to do in LA. The owners were great. Very friendly and helpful. The park has a community vibe, everyone is hanging out. Most are permanent residents that work in the area. The spots are tight I'm not going to lie. And when the owner wanted to forklift my travel trailer into the spot I was apprehensive. But it works. Because it's tight you can't just back it in. He even double checked that the site was level. They have multiple shower houses (that we did not use). Our site was a full hookup and my family rather use our shower. They have a laundry facility and a gym. Check out was easy, I called and said I was ready and the owner pulled the trailer out to a shady spot so I could hook up. Be careful with the driveway entering the park, my trailer did rub a bit. All in all I liked it, it's an RV park in a very urban and industrial are.
Great place! Safe, clean and management is very friendly And helpful. It has a real community feel, so glad we found this place.
Adorable artwork throughout the grounds. Staff can't be any nicer ! From the moment you drive on the property they are there to help you. Sites are close but well maintained and ample space to sit out and relax. Nice bathrooms and showers. Really enjoyed our stay here!
