Quiet, clean park. Staff is pleasant, laundry is small (4 washers & 4 dryers) but the cost isn't bad. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the fact that it is required that you walk your dog outside of the park. We always pick up after our dogs, no matter where we are, but I am not comfortable walking around in unfamiliar areas in the dark. Unfortunately this is a deal breaker for us, so we will have to find a different place to stay when in the area.
Convenient location to six flags and universal. The park is clean and seems to be well maintained. The down fall is there is no pet area in the park.

With the exception of a couple of weeks away at Disneyland & Dockweilier Beach, my Lady and I have stayed here for almost 3 months...quiet and very well kept place to stay...
Sue and Eva were, and are, very friendly and helpful...the place is clean and secure...
Nice Place. No More Long Term Tennants Much Better now. Very Safe Clean Park. Long Term Tennants were destroying park collecting junk. GLAD LONG TERM TENNANTS SLOWLY, BUT SURLY LEAVING. THANK GOD, THEY ARE LEAVING.
Most pleasant ladies to have running an RV park. Conveniently located in a sweet neighborhood. Quiet and friendly. Thinking of staying here long term in the future!
