It's a 'trailer park' for lowly sakes! Make reference to some studio dog toilet and you have what? "Boardwalk" or "Park Place" with hotels on it? HAA!!! Use the homeless epidemic as justification to ask for way too much money per unit and you have who for a landlord? Mr. Mortimer. Huh ? $$$.
