I been shopping around for a rode bike for a few months and was never satisfied with customer service UNTIL I came to DTLA BIKES. They were more than happy to find the right type of bike for me and my style of riding. They even stayed after hours to help me research and try different brand of bikes out. They really cared. I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought a bike from DTLA today and walked out feeling very satisfied. The employees were very courteous and helpful. They offered suggestions and let me ride the bikes around the track upstairs and gave tips and most of all gave really excellent customer service. Their prices were very fair competetively and they had a mechanic there who fine tuned the bike for me and added a rack at no extra cost. The only negative might be the sketchy neighborhood but maybe that's how they can keep their prices low. I wouldn't hesitate to go back :)
Good place to buy bicycle items but to expensive sorry i will still stick with big box store bicycles. Can't even buy a bicycle for 250 dollars here. I realize it a high end bicycle shop but i will stick with cheap bikes i have a Huffy for 12 year still going strong!
My boyfriend and I rented two bikes from DTLA. We were so excited about going to Griffith park for a nice Sunday bike ride. Once at Griffith, we noticed one of the bikes back tire seemed a little wear down, however, we were hopeful that the place wouldn't rent out bikes that were in BAD CONDITION! Within an hour, we got a flat tire on one of the bikes. We had to drive back to DTLA just so they can say that they don't refund and it always happens. The flat tire almost ruined our day. NOW, why would YOU want to rent a bike from a place that rents out bikes that are in bad conditions, don't refund your money and/or may ruined your trip. Save yourself the drive, traffic, and the fact that you probably won't find parking getting to this bike place anyways. With that said, I'm NEVER COMING BACK HERE even if they were to give me free service.
