I had a great experience at Europa. I had a few little things that needed attention and Dennis, Jessica and Gino gave me their complete attention and support and made sure everything was perfect for me.

I've been dealing with Dennis at Europa bicycles since 1977 BMX bicycle racing days.They had everything you needed then and still have everything you need for today's bikes. Dennis is Awesome.
Delightful awesome customer service, I was looking for a pair of tires and tubes for my bike, I found some on Target and Walmart and I ended up with two bearded tubes! I have tried some bicycle shops and none of them had the tire that I was looking for. finally, I found what I was looking for in Europa Bicycle Center, they had the good quality products and they even offered me free tire installation, absolutely recommend their services and products.
I brought 2 bicycles for cleaning and tuning. They did a good job but it cost me $160 in labor. No parts had to be replaced, just basic tuning and cleanup. Their web site advertises tuning as a $30 service. When I mentioned that they said it doesn't include cleaning. Whatever cleaning means, somehow they valued it to be additional $50 per bike.
