We adopted our son (whose birth mother is Korean). To honor his heritage, we celebrated our son's 1st birthday with a Dol. My husband and I are Caucasian and though we had done a lot of research, this celebration was going to be a new experience for us. We bought our son's Hanbok at Sin Sae Karen. They could not have been more welcoming, sweet or helpful!! They took the time to show us their large stock of hanbok and to educate us on how to properly dress our son. I am so grateful...we will be returning for our daughter's hanbok soon!
