I visited this location 5 months ago in an attempt to order a new passport for my mother. The security guards at the entrance do not allow access to anyone else except the person who needs services. We stood in line beneath the blazing hot sun for almost 1 hour. No shade this was in July! After being hassled for entering with my Mother we sat down in the courtyard next to three portable toilets.This was the seating area provided before your are seen by a customer service representative. You could smell the urine from the porta-potties. The customer service was horrible! They take no account of any questions the customers have and I was kicked off the premises for not requiring any services. I was not hassling anyone and stayed out of the way. I was simply there to help my mother fill out paperwork, but this reason was not enough for the staff. This consulate falls short of what one expects. In closing, lack of customer service, lack of organization, and decent amenities make this place a poor facility.
I was greeted with a smile at the entrance and overall they were very helpful and friendly. I made an appointment beforehand so I was all done in 25 mins definetly glad about that!
