Hmm, there seems to be an information breakdown because the phone number to this places office leads to an automated message that lets you wait in line to be answered by an impatient operator who told me "All your questions can be answered at our website" blah blah blah no help goodbye, and for the few seconds I was able to keep her on the line i asked what calling this phone number is for and she told me that this phone number should only be called if you need to be transferred... for what? non lo so MA the only thing she helped with was giving me at least some way of getting my answers, I was directed to email them as she was so busy she couldn't spend less time answering my question... she had to spend more time directing me away! she was mean and I felt like calling back because it didn't seem like such a hard thing for her to inform me about the policies about one-way tickets as a tourist. Just trying to be a responsible dude here broh! be nice
I had my one year visa appointment on a Wednesday, and Friday of the same week I received my visa by FedEx. Wow, thank you for processing my visa so quickly!
People working over there are very friendly and helpful. I got the email telling me my visa is ready the same day I visited the visa office, very efficient!
