Got here at 9am for an appointment in nacionalidad and i am now leaving at 12pm! There are LITERALLY still the SAME people who were here BEFORE ME and STILL HAVE NOT BEEN SEEN.
Word of Advice: BE PREPARED AND CALL AHEAD. ASK QUESTIONS. BE ASSERTIVE. DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.
The worst consul imaginable. They are supposed to be here to help Mexican people but they don't. After processing documents here before now they say my marriage certificate is incomplete? But they never informed me that before here nor anywhere else the city of Las Vegas, Nevada sent me that 16 years ago and I never had a problem until now.
Totally true, as a Mexican you think you will get the help from them but no, they treat you like it's your fault you came here as a child and you have no documents from Mexico. I had to go back 4 times because they would not accept non of my identifications I had from Mexico because they were too old, by the time we were not able to get the CA driver license. And it was not easy to get an ID unless you get it from MacArthur Park. The way they work is the typical Mexico style, they treat you like you're begging for money. I'm very disappointed at this office. Every single visit it was a full disappointment. I see any Central American consulate treat and help their people better than this Mexican consulate.
Pleasant Experience. The security was helpful, the staff was informative. If you make an appointment and if you are there on time and if you take all your paper work then there should be no problems. I also recommend having your paperwork up to date including identification cards.
I would rate 0 STARS if i could. THE WORKERS HERE ARE SLOW, INCOMPETENT, UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND RUDE.

Parking lot 5$every 5 mints all day 15$ no ATM inside.... Lady at the payment window bad mood 3 clients in front of me .... Other than that all exelent my appointment set up 3 days ahead... Good costumer service....
