Worst experience ever, woman at the front isn't professional at all, she receives you with a rude attitude and plus, she provides wrong information!and makes you waste your time for an "We cannot help you" as an answer. I hope they can someday change the staff so they can provide the people a better service.
Can never get a live person on the phone so you are basically forced to go in person. People are unpleasant, rude, unhelpful, disorganized and unprofessional, they have such a bad attitude its a total disgrace. So you basically have to waste multiple trips because of their lack of communication. To make things even worse they are closed on both U. S and Nicaraguan holidays, burocracy at its finest definition, mistreating the people they are supposed to be serving and getting paid top dollar while doing it.
Worst experience ever. They never asnswer the phones so you are force to go in person. My mom has been trying to renew her Nicaragüense passport since two years ago. We have paid and fill out the application twice. On the second try she received a Nicaragüense célula instead of a passport. When we went back to ask why she has gotten a Nicaragüense célula if we had applied for a passport they said that we needed to provide them with an updated birth certificate in order to proceed with the passport process. We were lucky enough to have relatives in Nicaragua and were able to get an “updated birth certificate” we mailed it to the Consulado office address provided by them. It’s been two years since and no sign of the passport. We went back to El consulado today to inquire about the passport. The man at the window was rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, disrespectful, arrogant. He asked my mom for her green card as if we were at the US INS office instead of the Consulado Nicaragüense. He concluded saying that he was not able to help us because he doesn’t take care of the passport process and that we needed to come back another day to speak to the person who handle that. I asked that person working hours so that We don’t make another trip for nothing and he said Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. We were there on a Monday at 1:00pm and such person was not there. We leave an hour and a half away from el Consulado and I have to miss work to be able to take my mom to settle this. I really hope they change the staff and hire people who will get the job done with knowledge and professionalism. This is an unpleasant place to be.
Worst experience ever lady in the front was rude and unprofessional. She keep giving me rude respons like she could careless. Plus other who went got same treatment. Ask if she could write down what I need to bring she ignored my question. Sad to be from the same country as these people who have no respect or manners what's so ever!!
Total disaster, rude and on top of everything else they gave me the wrong information, i hope i never have to again to talk to this people ever
