Just wanted to thank all the staff at the Consulate office, especially Mr. Usman for expediting my visa to Pakistan. It was a very smooth, efficient process and I am truly grateful for their professionalism with handling this in a timely manner.
Extremely competent and helpful people. I needed a visa on urgent basis and sent it to them through mail. They processed it in record time and sent it to me ASAP. Very respectful too. Extremely happy with their service.
I left a 1 star review few weeks ago when i spoke to a representative over the phone needing some info and wasn't very satisfied with info given and website slightly different document requirements than what representative told me. But nevertheless i sent everything asked on the website in the mail and 6 days later i recieved my daughters passports with visas in the mail. I am very happy and satisfied so changing my feedback from 1 star to 4 stars. I did not give 5 stars because of what i was told over the phone. Hope they answer the phone and emails promptly so i can leave 5 star review next time.
