I came here (AGAIN) to renew my Romanian passport. This time around they had a scheduling system that worked great. I made an appointment, showed up with all the documents and got out in less than 30 mins. Sure, I still need to wait for my passport, but the process has been I believably smooth.
For weeks I've been trying to get an appointment for obtaining a declaration needed in Romania. You have to have an appointment now for every matter and I am at a three hour drive from Los Angeles. Left several phone messages and sent four emails, no one answers or replies. It is very poor customer service and no one seems to care, shame!
Before making an appointment read the info on the website. I did everything online and got my passport in 45 days. Send the email to the right email address and you'll have an answer.Dont go there with a bad attitude and they will be nice. For most of the problems it's not their fault . I send an email telling them I have to go back in Ro and need to know if I'll have my passport ready. They answer by email the next day and they also call me when my passport was there. Just use the info step by step and everything will be ok. I really belived that is the worst service ever before just because of the reviews, but after my experience all I can say is that they do everything they can to help. Satisfied with the service! Good job guys!
Great experience. Traveled from Seattle for an appointment to get some paperwork in order for my grandpa back in Romania. Before my appointment I've emailed them quite a bit and they were very responsive to my emails (same day response). The website where you have to go and make your appointment can be a bit confusing but that is not their fault. Once I showed to the interview things were a bit chaotic and of course done the Romanian way, but there was a younger Romanian lady who was very helpful and even went out of her way to prepare additional forms to help with what were looking to accomplish which we did not know about. Overall everyone wants to help and they want to make sure that you leave there satisfied and with all the paperwork in order. A lot of the times its the customers who are going to these appointments without the necessary paperwork or give them little to work with so that can be frustrating on the employees as well. Seen it happen while we were waiting on pretty much every other appointment. Again thanks a lot everyone (including the older lady at the front who typed like my grandma and didn't know how to save a Word document on the computer ;)
The most unprofessional services I have ever experienced in my life! It seems like they don't know what are they doing, is like a family member just give them the position! It's a joke a completely joke! Shame on them.
