You need to select what your calling for and then select to speak to someone. If you select directly "talking with a representative" it sends you to voicemail. It happened to me several times until I figured it out. I was also frustrated. That's the reason I do not give them a 5 star.
I had a wonderful experience with everyone here. I was treated like family and they were very knowledgeable and helpful! I can't wait to return to visit when I return to Los Angeles!
Also, prior to calling them I sent an email through "consulado virtual" on live chat, I believe, and I got a response from them first time in the morning. It's a little complicated. They need to make it easier access.
The two ladies I talked to on the phone in two different days were very nice and extremely helpful.
They have a schedule from 9am-2pm. If you call them within those hours they DO answer.

I been CALLING for the past 2 weeks and also have left voice message and i wrote an email but never received a phone call back. I really want to talk with them, I do not know what I can do to reach them.
The staff were very helpful even though I did wait long (very long) they were very helpful and also helped with stuff I didn't think of updating. Very helpful and friendly I just wish the place was bigger and there were more staff!
