No one answers the phone, they don't call you to inform you about your requests.
When we went to consulate no body come to meet us just they talk with us by phone, and they said we can't help you. They were not helpful.
I called the Saudi Consulate in Los Angeles so many times and got answered in each and every one of them.

I am very grateful for their quick responses , guidance , patience, and help.
I tried to call the Saudi embassy in Washington for one whole month and never got answered.
They gave me the needed information and were very helpful.
The worest experience ever. They are so rude. they don't even deserve one star but I have. I have been on Consulate on Houston, they are way better than LA. First of thing, they don't answer their phone. When you go to the consulate, you will not find any one to help you. You have to use their phone to call them. They are here to serve us, I really feel sorry to the people who come from far away to get hep. They need to fix their system. THEY ARE THE WOREST PLACE I DEALT WITH.
Very disappointing. I have been calling for three days, first, they ask you to dial a number to choose the language spoken. 1 for Arabic, 2 for English, simple right? Try and dial 1 or 2, they tell you it's an invalid extension. Alright, not too bad, what is the next move? They tell you you can dial 0 to reach an operator. I did, first day calling again and again and again and .. etc NO RESPONSE. Well, they could be too busy, fine. Next day, SAME. Third day, you can't even leave a voice message because there is "no enough space to record a message." Ask me about the worst form of management and customer service I will absolutely present this as an example. Now, I will have to fly all the way to Los Angeles so I can meet them in person and get work done because what technology and internet is good for anyway?
