I had found this store online prior to my move from out of state. Todd was absolutely incredible from start to finish offering exceptional guidance and customer service. Todd is a stand up guy. The MFG of the couch I had purchased has defective pocket springs. After replacing the couch once the replacement had the same issue. This time the replacement was a month outside of the 1 year warranty. Needless to say I was pretty upset about the failure rate of the couch and I didn't think it was acceptable to have to replace a couch every year which got very light use. The MFG didn't care much to help and thus I will never buy that brand again. Todd stepped up however and offered to fix the problem and make right of a situation despite the MFG. For that I can say he does care about his customers and does the right thing. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. I must say I'm pleased with the results and will continue to buy more furniture from Todd and Just like Home in the future.
