Shopping here was a great experience. The salespeople were very helpful and thoroughly explained how the in-house financing program works. I left with a new sofa and loveseat. I'll definitely be back if I ever need new furniture again. Ask for the owner, Ricardo Aguilar. He's extremely nice and goes out of his way to make sure you're taken care.
My experience was excellent at the Northridge store. The manager (Julio) was very personable.....great customer service skills. He shared with me...that he has been in the business for nearly 20 yrs. Just purchased a new sofa and love seat from LA Furniture Center and I'm quite pleased with the service. I found them online and just decided to give their website a try and then from there I decided to visit the store. Julio was who helped my husband and I find the perfect set, within our budget. He was very knowledgeable on all the materials, brands, etc. Julio was friendly and funny and just made the process seem less. I definitely recommend LA Furniture Center for all your furniture needs.
after shopping around for a month, I finally was able to get what i wanted based on my budget and want... Julio from LA Furniture was very helpful in customizing my need and wants to fit my budget... I was initially a little worried that they weren't going meet my specifications... but they came true, everything was delivered as planned very sturdy and high quality work...i would strongly recommend their custom work.
