My second custom piece credenza was just delivered. Absolutely love it. Wonderful sales people here in this branch that helped me make up my mind in choosing the best color for my credenza to match the theme of my house. Would definitely recommend them.

I recently purchased a sectional and console as well as a bed and dresser from ModShop. The pieces are exceptional! The showroom has a great selection, but is only the icing on the cake. I worked with Cara, who is a skilled, professional designer and was a tremendous guide in this process. With her assistance, I've chosen my dining room furniture to be ordered very soon. Since this is custom furniture, the estimated wait for delivery may see like a long time, but it is absolutely worth the wait. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend ModShop - make sure to ask for Cara too.
The quality of the furniture is great but service here is puzzling. I ordered a customized sectional and it was extremely hard to get any kind of communication along the way. there were several delays which could have been avoided on their part. other locations seem to have it together but LA store is a bit of a mess.
