Oddly the chairs I purchased were located and both the table and chairs have been delivered. I will update my stars but will not be shopping here again.
Bad customer service. Unfortunately they don't care. Bought some furniture and it is falling apart after very little use. They appear to have good quality, but it's just a cover. ...sad
Don't buy from Rapport. I had problems with a living table which they couldn't fix. But they refuse to replace or repair even table has cracked but i never find craced piece from the prastic bag. i am sure they knew it and sent it to me. They have very nice furniture but you never trust Sales, Shipping, even Owner ! I lost huge money. Now my cresit card company try to complain for money back to me. This is nightmare.
There's choices for everyone from rustic to ultra-modern. Their sales are very very good. And their Associates are all super helpful. I would say the one drawback is that they charge an awful lot for delivery. They wanted $150 to come three miles and deliver a table. I paid a private individual to do it for a whole lot less. If they would get rid of that policy and improve their rates I would give them the 5th star
This past Saturday I was driving down LaBrea and notice Rapport Furniture was having a garage sale. I had always wanted to go into the store and just look around. The sale started at 10@am and multiple people were already standing outside. Once everyone was let into the store, I immediately found a table and four chairs that I wanted to buy. I located a sales person named Sean who pulled the tickets off all the furniture I wanted and I got in line to complete my purchase. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday. Well my husband happened to be in Los Angeles on 10/9 and went into the store just to look at the furniture. It was at that time he found out that the chairs had been sold to another person and they had already taken them home. Boy was I pissed! My husband said he spoke with the manager who informed him she would contact the warehouse the next day and see if they had four chairs available, if not they would contact the manufacturer to order four more. Fine...whatever. Well, the warehouse was out of the chairs and the manufacturer no longer made those chairs...just great! Well, according to my husband the manager, Julie informed him we could come look through their catalogs to find a chair at a comparable price and if the chairs we pick cost more money they will give us 25 percent off those chairs. How about NO!!!!!!!!!!!! We are not driving back to LA to look through any books for comparable chairs. Here is what will make this matter close to being fair to us as the customer: the table we bought for $500 needs to be discounted down to $250 deliver the table to us at Rapport's expense and refund me the difference. If the answer is no, then we will dispute the whole amount with the credit card company and post this message on every social media site out here.
Rapport refused to discount the table. I filed a complaint against them with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and disputed the charge. They told me all sales are final. Well I have a receipt in which they could not produce the item I purchased so that makes the sale invalid.

OMG! This place has the most gorgeous furniture. It is not inexpensive by any stretch of the imagination, but everything is extremely well made. Furniture is from Italy & USA but do carry Chinese made for budget conscious. Custom orders may take up to 9 mos.
Just bought 6 dining chairs; been shopping in the place for many many years. I would recommend this furniture store highly. The new owner is absolutely amazing with incredible customer service.
