I've had pretty good luck with this location. It's in a large shopping center with a Best Buy and Costco, and a few smaller places. Lots of parking. Located right off the 118 and 5 intersection. Tools, hardware, lumber, garden center. Clean bathrooms. Has self checkout.
Great service from the employees. Sergio helped us in the faucet area and was super helpful. He told us how to fix our sink handle and we came home and did it with no problem. Another man who's name I didn't get was also great. I highly recommend this store. It will be my go to home improvement place from now on.
I went to their website to verify the store had an item in stock, got there, informed a clerk what I was looking for, and he pointed me to a general area I "might" find it. Headed to the customer service desk. Asked if they had the item I was looking for in stock. Their computers said they had 5 in stock. "Tool Specialist" said they haven't had the item I was searching for in months. I asked if they carried Milwaukee Products. Clerk told me to go to Home Depot and walked away.
Even though they were closing, the staff was more than willing to help. Great customer service!!
I went to Lowe's with a friend. She was returning an air conditioning unit. The clerk was pleasant and professional. My friend completed the return in less than 15 minutes (that includes waiting in line. We had no problem from start to finish.
