The guy who answered my call about returning something, however, decided it would be cool to roast me on the phone for even asking to return my purchase.

My Mom and I went in for some help on ordering parts for a swamp cooler. The owner, Sam A., couldn't seem to help us in person and it seemed he couldn't get rid of us fast enough. His solution was to ask my Mom for her phone number and said he'd call us with the results of cost and turn around. Seemed legit enough, only it's been five business days (didn't count the holiday) and not a peep from the store. His attitude towards us was enough for me. Very disappointed with his lack of professionalism and overall demeanor. And, this woman HAS done electrical work on a house, plumbing and lots of other house fixing things. Don't appreciate the chauvinistic personality the owner displayed. I was really at awe given the good reviews this establishment had...albeit 7 or so reviews. Bad attitude, bad service, wont be going here again!
