I did enjoy my stay, however there were some negatives. I called ahead to request extra pillows and was told they could not be ordered ahead of time. I have stayed at many different locations of this same hotel and have always been able to request them ahead of time. So I requested them upon check in and still did not receive them. I did request and receive extra towels which I thought was odd being that I made a reservation for 4 people and only had 3 towels. On a positive note, everything was very clean especially the bathrooms.
Very nice facility with clean spacious rooms. Staff from valets to housekeeping to front desk are top-notch, helpful and friendly. I stay here 4-5 times a year and never disappointed.
Good hotel, smaller rooms though modernized recently. A bit pricey for the type of hotel room but the best deal in City limits. Beware, valets do charge. It's $22 for parking and not included in the room rate.
Great place. Loved the ambience, friendliness of the staff, good clean rooms, in addition to the lounge where you could enjoy breakfast or have a drink at the bar. Good job guys!
I was in LA for business and figured this would be a nice hotel to stay at. My business trip ended up costing me over $6,200 extra because my backpack was stolen from inside my room during the day. When I got back to my room around 4 my key card wasn’t working and either was my friends key card (what a coincidence). Every person in the staff is telling me a different story, the house keeper said she saw someone walk in and out of my room... The hotel didn’t do a thing rather then tell me we’re sorry but we can’t do anything. What kind of service is that! This happened Saturday October 14, 2017. It’s already Wednesday October 18, 2017 and nothing has changed!
