I stayed there while we went to universal studios. They gave us two early arrival passes!!!! The food was great, just like the holiday inn from home, but everything was beautiful and shiny. They even had marmalade.
It's a fantastic hotel with a kind staff to boot! 5 Stars! There's a nice little gym and a clean pool. Continental breakfast is very nice.
Great hotel! It was clean and nicely decorated. If you're planning to go to Universal Studios or attend a Warner Bros show/tour then the location is perfect! The complimentary breakfast was good. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful :) I recommend this Holiday Inn.
Friendly staff. Great service! Good stay. Housekeeping needs step up their game though. That's why 4 stars instead of 5. Bathroom had several cleanliness issues, including what looked like blood at the base of the toilet!
The King sized room was more than comforting for our stay. The place was organized and clean as to be expected from a Hotel. Billy (front Desk) was helpful and prompt. I would definitely stay here again.
