Trendy and beautiful hotel that is right next to LA Live. Great place to be if you have a concert, sporting event, or other event because of its convenience. There is also a Hertz in the basement in case you ever need to rent a car during a visit. The staff is friendly and professional. I would definitely come back to the JW.
Very nice hotel and very convenient location. Housekeeping didn't take out our trash unless we placed it in the hallway and we had to catch housekeeping whenever we saw them to ask for clean towels. But otherwise a very nice stay and close to the convention center.
Very nice hotel and helpful staff. The pool is gorgeous and has very comfy chaise lounges and what appear to be beds. The pool has steps at both ends with the middle the deepest part. The beds are super comfortable. I passed on the $28 breakfast. The Starbucks located out the back of the hotel is excellent.
I attended a conference that had talks in one of the Diamond rooms and one of the Platinum rooms. Water was provided in the rooms, which was nice. The surrounding looked high end and the sound system worked well. This big conference created huge lines at all the food/coffee locations, making it difficult to get something to eat before or between talks.
I was there for a job fair and one of the vendors/employers. I was amazed by the interiors of the hotel. Workers there were so helpful and friendly too. The conference room (gold conference room) was a bit far from the front entrance but it was definitely worth the walk. Food was amazing. I'm excited to come back next year for the event!
