I used the services of the 5 Star Moving twice and the first time we moved from a large 2-room apartment with a bunch of furniture in a big hurry and completely unplanned, moreover, it happened that all the move I was in charge of alone and honestly worried that the team may not justify my expectations. However, everything went fine! Assistance in relocation occurred on 21 October. Things were taken in two addresses, and were taken to the third. Let's be real, moving is always sucks! But this fellas from Five Star Moving Company made our day as smooth as the possible. They were extremely fast and efficient also they did protect my stuff with moving pads and plastic wrap.

First off, I'm very skeptical of moving companies since the last time I moved ( it was also my first time using a moving company),I had a bad experience. It turned out to be 200$ over their estimate, and it took half a day longer. A friend referred this company, so I took a chance and called them up. It was a long distance move, from San Diego to Los Angeles. I was stressed out when they arrived on time, and I wasn't completely ready! My daughter's room wasn't even touched. I apologized profusely...... they just smiled and said no problem. They had a team disassemble my daughter's bunk bed and dresser in no time. They eased my worries when I saw the professionalism and speed at which they moved. After all was said and done, I had zero complaints! Nothing was broken, it was finished just under the estimated time, and the price was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend 5 star Moving!
