This park has a great selection of Southern Pacific, Western Pacific, and Santa Fe steam locomotives and rail cars! You're able to get up close and personal to gaze upon true American ingenuity! They have some of the super rare lumber steam awd Cass locomotives too! I see you can rent out train dining cars for birthday parties, gatherings etc! Great place for any rail fan!
Went for a birthday party and my 1 and 3 year old kids had a blast. There are better train rides around but the whole park has tons of fun things to entertain.
A train ride with a cute horn. Not a fast ride but it's perfect for the little ones. Definitely recommend bringing the kids here.

Wonderful run around for kids and train enthusiast. Large park with trains all around - although they cannot be climbed on. Slowly being upgraded. It is an institution of Griffith Park and not to be missed.
