For just $10, you won't find more majestic views stretching from the South Bay to Malibu. Definitely recommend a visit to Temescal Canyon Park!
What a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. The Temescal Canyon Park is well-worth the $10 parking fee to enjoy such a pristine, well-managed series of trails. It is perfect for a beginner to intermediate hiker, but I highly recommend packing water for the trek.
If you're looking for a place to picnic, there are petite, grassy areas near the parking lot with trash cans.
Went on the hottest day of the summer. Not an easy hike! Parking was plentiful on the street (and free). Trail is in good shape, lots of hikers saying hi. Dissapointed that waterfall was dry.
Everything is great but the Ranger is rude at times. The 3 times I went there she was rude.
One of the best-maintained parks in LA. The most popular trail is a 3-mile loop. Would be 5-stars but they have evil video-monitored stop signs. Watch out or you'll get a $100 ticket!!
Great park. Busy on weekends. Bathrooms and fresh water
