First time here. So much fun! My 12 year old loved it but my 10 year old freaked out when they opened the gates and the characters were scaring the crowd. He didn’t go in stayed with dad. It’s definitely not for the younger kids.
first time, probably last time. I'm the person that will try anything if I like it great. If I don't I wont come back. The lines were long, I expected better customer services. But all in all, different experience for sure.
Okay first of all this was the biggest waste of my time. Worst experience ever. Bad actors that don't want to be there. The only thing haunted about he hayride was how stupid it was. Me and my boyfriend went, we bought tickets for VIP which were 120 dollars. Biggest waste of money. We arrived at 7:40 and left at 9:30. There was literally nothing to do there. I am just do frustrated how they take people's money and don't give them an ounce of anything to do. Halloween horror nights is the best attraction. The haunted hayride is the worst attraction. There seemed to be no theme. When we were done it felt like we had done nothing. Th actors were lame. The founder of this needs to give us our money back. I will never go again. Ever. I want my money back. Now. There needs to be a class action lawsuit. This was bs.
Honestly the decorations were great. The actors were great too. However, the event was NOT organized at all. The lines were huge and they lacked preparation for the amount of people that showed up.
I went to the haunted hayride event last night (Saturday Oct 22) on a double date, hoping to do something different and fun. We bought the tickets that include all of the attractions (hayride, house of shadows, trick or treat). Arrived around 8:30 (event goes 7pm-1am). They were GROSSLY under-prepared for the volume of people who attended. While the setup and vibe were cool, I don't know how anyone had a good time with the lines being worse than Disneyland. Can't even rate the hayride because we didn't get to go on it! Waited in line for 1 hour and were just shy of halfway through the line (I think); it was hard to gauge how many more times it wove back and forth before we would have made it on. We got out of line and were able to get into the haunted house in about 25 minutes, only to find it wasn't actually a haunted house, but a maze of black plywood with strobe lights? And a few people dressed up along the way? Worst haunted house I've ever been in. The local mall in my hometown had a better one. As a last ditch effort we tried to buy hot dogs and just hang out. No luck - they were out. Refund, please!!!
