The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The office is clean and welcoming. I had an overall really great experience with no negative comments whatsoever. They truly care about me and my pet.

Lovely, caring people. I brought in an abandoned pup (someone left her in my backyard), and took her to VCC for care. On a Sunday. The staff could NOT be nicer and more compassionate. The waiting room is spacious and clean, and the front desk was efficient and understanding. Exceptional experience, and I'm thankful for that!
Two of the vets were great, while one kept trying to push for unnecessary tests. Definitely more expensive than other places, so I plan on finding a new vet. A big downside is that the appointments NEVER start on time (30 min delay at least) and the people at the reception can be rude.
I’ve always liked VCC but they really were outstanding when I needed to put my senior dog to sleep. The amount of compassion that the vets and staff have here is second to none. No, they’re not the cheapest but I wouldn’t trust my dogs’ care to anyone else. Dr. Chiverton is really and truly one of the kindest people I have ever come across and I am very glad to have her guidance when making health decisions for my pups.
