Worst experience ever! From no communication in the waiting room to extremely rude people that laughed at me when I was feeling ill and I did not even get a bed and was charged $3,523 for an IV of Zofran sitting in a chair in a waiting area. I’ve called to dispute and they are trying to wear me down by playing the old I can’t find your account trick. This is criminal! Time to step up and be professional St Vincent’s. I would like somebody to help resolve this issue.

Dont ever come to this pos hospital. Called couple of times, left a voicemail with the business department regarding an accounting issue. Called throughout the week, yet no call backs. Theyve sent my dads bill to collection before sending it to our address. Now the collection agency is threatening to default and ruin my dads credit. Pos need to burn in hell. Hope you lousy fs get what you deserve and thats me being calm. Maybe you morons should change the name of your hospital. St vincent would be rolling in his grave.

Over the years, I have been in and out of their ER quite a few times because my family and I are stubborn goats who wait til we can't handle it anymore. This hospital has always been there for us. Their ER is very good with time management. They're a life saver! All the staff there are truly kind and very caring. Patient hospitality is #1. Thank you St. Vincent !!
My dad has been at this hospital for two very intrusive surgeries. He was in the hospital for almost a month the first time and again the second time. They took very good care of him. They were accommodating to his needs and I can't ask for more than that. He is alive and I am happy! Doctor Arase, his surgeon is wonderful.
