Awful. They are late and rude. The overall POD service is a rip off. Will never use again.
Worst company ever. Dropped off in wrong location. Day lost. Said they would come the next day. Rescheduled labor. No show. Closed Sunday. Now left in the dark. 4 days left to move out and really screwed. Again. Worst company Ever!
They didn't come on time second left instructions where to leave it and they didn't lost time can't load stuff worst service ever

PODS is amazing. They're easy to use, extremely efficient and the drivers are professional and courteous. Great system, great service, and I would use then again without hesitation.
I have been trying to get them to pickup an empty POD for 2 days. Online site will not work to schedule a pickup. Tried calling them. Wait time of 30 mins or more.Their online chat with customer service is not available.
