They arrived on time, were pleasant to talk to.
Not one thing was broken during our move and not one wall was even scratched. I had planned on at least a few things happening with all of the stuff we had, but it didn't. The guys worked very hard and kept going until the job was done. My mom and I are realtors and we will be referring Pure moving Company to all of our clients who need help moving. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use this company again.
The guys showed up about 15 minutes early. They took a look at everything we needed moved and didn't start the clock until 9am. They were extremely respectful and extra careful with all of our stuff. I was very impressed.
Mike's crew was legit amazing. On time, moved our stuff with care (and speed!) and worked very efficiently. Even my hard-to-please father rained compliments upon them. I will 100% use them again and I'd recommend them to any/everyone.
We hired Pure Moving to do a move for us within our neighborhood in Los Angeles. We had moved a lot of our smaller items ourselves, and we hired Pure to handle our furniture and some boxes. They were professional and great. The estimate process was easy and we liked their "max price guarantee." They communicated well leading up to moving day. On moving day, they arrived on time and worked carefully but efficiently. Pure Moving was great and we'd definitely use them again.
No hassle, no hidden fees (which is super important), easy to communicate with.
