Best advice is to stay away from this company when moving.
The worst experience ever. DO NOT USE THIS LYING THIEF'S. This scammers of the company charged my credit card twice and are refusing to refund one charge they stole from me. They quoted low price but at the end of the move charged me almost 3 times what they quoted. I was charged hundreds of dollars for shrink wrap on my furniture i did not asked for. Branch manager extremely rude and doesn't care. I was told that there's nothing they can do about charging me twice!!!!!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!
They broke my TV, which was "delicately" strapped to the side of the truck without a single piece of padding. Of course their insurance only covers $0.60 per lb. They told me items such as TVs, who's value is much more than its weight, is reimbursed at full value. I guess that holds true until they break it because they only wanted to give me $45 for my $2000 TV.
They packed everything without care and were completely negligent. Their contract doesn't say they will treat your property like crap. That is exactly what they do. Hire them if you want your property to arrive broken, scratched and damaged. Hire someone else if you want a good moving company.

Best deal on a local movers in LA. No nonsense. Their crew got there on time, checked packing I did, went over timeline with me and got to it. I would use them again.
