If you have a Mercedes and you are out of warranty, this is the only place to go. Their knowledge is unbelievable.

I paid so much fees, including overnight shipping, and after i brought brand new parts for them from Mercedes dealership that was sealed they refused to warranty the work. Because they want you to order with them and pay more with their mark up, it would be fine if the parts were readily available but for a rare car it's not. That is why i ordered the parts and many parts i ordered through Nelson as well and was charged 20% extra.
This place overcharged me and did not perform what was needed to fix the car.

As well as Nelson will be nice to you when you come in initially but then he's got you by the balls after the car is apart. Everything you tell him after you do your own research he tells you something new. I would avoid this place.
