Hands down one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. I went in wanting to exchange my lease for a newer model and that's what ended up happening and that was all thanks in part to the amazing team at Honda Los Angeles and especially to Joshua Velasquez who helped me get the deal I wanted with extra amenities. It took 5 hours but I ended up with what I wanted and they ended up with a customer for life for how attentive and accommodating they were to all my needs and worries. Joshua took the time to explain everything about the car and what came with the lease. He went over every little detail to make sure that everything was the way I wanted and I couldn't be happier. Sergio Ortiz is the best car salesman you can find. I could not be happier with the service he provided. This is my first car and he made sure I understood everything, and he made sure I felt confident in my purchase. He is not your typical sleazy salesman at all. He made me feel comfortable, and as a woman, he never made me feel like I wasn't going to be able to understand something - unlike many other salesmen I encountered in my new car journey. This place is great!!! Came in just to look at some cars and ended up driving off with a brand new 2017 Accord, let me tell you Roxy is the best. If you come, go to Roxy, she will hook you up!! Me getting a new car never even crossed my mind until she worked her magic. I highly recommend her. My boyfriend is going to come back and get him a car from her just because he seen how good she is!! She really made my first car buying experience easy as can be.
