Very polite personnel. This place is clean and tidy. The lady at the counter, 2nd floor will greet you with smile. Ms. Johns was very professional answering our queries and very helpful to us to do things in the right order. I had very positive experience here.
The Triage Nurse here is GREAT. She's Caring and understanding.
Unprofessional service, they have called me couple times to confirm my daughter's and I appointments, when I got there 10 minutes before my appointment they said, sorry we can't take ur daughter! U r late!! u need to be here 20 mnts before ur appointment!!!!!! And when I asked what about mine they said ohh u do not have any appointment!!!!!! Who called u?? Probably a mistake.....this happend more then twice and my husband too!!! It's just a waist of time also they will ask u to stay maybe someone will cancel but they're too freaking busy to take people who have already set up a schedule to c a Dr!!!!
