The staff is always very respectful, friendly, and helpful. But I always hated being there for my psychiatric appointments and for the project return meetings because the place is very dirty and it smells a lot like urine all the time. Don't get me wrong everyone, but every time I had to go there I became sick to my stomach. In my personal opinion, they should eliminate the carpet and replace it with tile. In this way, it might be a lot easier for the people who are in charge of cleaning up to get rid of that horrific stench because it is very offensive to the rest of the general public.
I've been coming here for several months now and the staff seems very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.
I like everything about this place they care about peoples well being and offer actual Refferals that can help people.
Staff very courteous and professional but psychiatric assistance completely unprofessional and unethical. Was informed to walk in for services only to be turned away. Once meeting with intake had to wait 2 months for psychiatric appointment only to be cancelled 30 mins prior to appointment. 3months to receive psychiatric assistance from a DMH Facility. No assistance what do ever.
