My mother has heart problems and she had gone to the clinic complaning of feeling chest pain and the she was not able to catch her breath. All the did was giver oxygen.. long story short after that clinic visit few days after my mom enede up in the hospital. Had a heart attack and heart failure and having surgery. And for her follow up they keep on asking whatvwas wrong and what type of surgery she had. They new she had surgery bcuz the hospital asked for medical records . But tje clinic never asked the hospital for the record to see what type of sx she had.They were expecting my mom to have all the information they needed. When the clinic was the one that schedule the appointment for after sx. Very upset daughter they didn't offer a wheel chair for her and they made her walk around one end of the clinic to another. They did pay extra attention on this appointment. But it was to late to repair the damage that was done... I don't leave 0 stars bcuz i can't... We know that all cases are different and some are good from what I have read .But for us this left us a bad experience.
Never punctual! My appointment was at 8:30 and called me in until 9:10. Mind you the office was not busy! Plus there is always a long line for registration. Horrible!! If you do come here, be ready to spend and extra hour than what is expected.
The phone lies. It doesn't open at 7am
Horrible service!!! My three year old brother came here for 3 shots and was treated horribly!! he has been sad all day because of the horrible care he received. If i could leave a review of 0 stars I absolutely would. The doctor was amazing but the person who gave him shots was terrible.
