I've been trying to call the office to make appointment this is my second week of chasing them to get appointment so either they put me on hold for more than 20 minutes or they said they will call me back but they never call.. They are very rude staff and such an not considerate people you can't deal with them.. I wish I can give them 0 star. I called again and I ask them to not put me on hold guess what they did immediately putting me on hold saying we don't have time we have a lot of calls they will never listen to you!! very rude
I must say Dr. G and the others in the operation room were the best. Great job and I hope to have a great rehabilitation with the orthopedic group.
Waited about 2 months for an appointment and then showed up guess what the doctor wasn't there !! staff was very rude and said we had to come back in 3 weeks..
Had a good experience here with PA Luis Cadena. He is a very educated and makes you understand what kind of medical condition you have. Only one issue the front staff is very unorganized and clueless. After three calls the only person to help me was Guadalupe. Overall not bad at all just some minor adjustments.
I wish I could give them ZERO stars
