I've been a patron for 10 years. I've had 2 run-ins with the on-site attendant. He's rude. I'm calling management today. Argument #1 - I told him there wasn't any soap in the spray wash and he insulted my intelligence by telling me that I don't know how to turn the knob correctly. I repeat, there wasn't any soap like all my previous car washes there. Argument #2 - I noticed a broken tire degreaser on the floor of one of the stalls but I drove in to wash my car since all of the other stalls were being used. He turned "hostile" so quickly and accused me of breaking the wand! I defended myself kindly but he insisted it was me. The argument devolved into him threatening to review video. I gave him my contact information and told him that the video would clear me and that he could use my contact information to apologize to me after reviewing his video. He got in my face and was hyperventilating. Customers like myself do not deserve treatment like this.
Great spot though.
This carwash is great but it's always and that's because people know that it's a good spot. One bad thing is that people start drying their cars in the hub where they wash their cars in. But that's just people being rude.
Car wash was fine, but only 2 of the vacuums worked and they were super busy.
Generally nice, but the pressure on the rinse was so low.... I'm sure it made my wash take longer and caused me to have to spend more money.
This is the best self service car wash place. I have been here many times. Great Service
