I'm so upset right now. I've been coming to Cruisers since I was a kid, it's the only place I've ever gotten my car washed. Today will be the last time.

This review is not about the quality of the wash as I didn't even get that far.......And I hope the owner screens these reviews.... The poor excuse of a human being running the order desk (should've asked for his name but well), the large black "gentleman" did not even bother to approach me as i got out of the car but rather waited for me to come to him. But that was not bad. Things went south when after me asking about the "special $12.99 service", he replied with: " you are not going to get much for that and why are you asking if you are driving a Lexus?" I was floored. Since when a car wash attendant judges clients? WHAT IS THIS? But even that was tolerable. The thing that killed me was the end of the conversation when after insulting me by suggesting that I go home and wash my car myself by using a hose, he asked if I was going to tweet Donald Trump about all this? I voted for Trump and am very proud of it. I've never been so racially harassed. Just because I am white and drive a Lexus? People like this guy are the very reason why I voted for Trump. Entitled, envious looser who could't do anything better with his life than attend a car wash. I hope he sees this because I really want him to know that people like him will ALWAYS wash cars of people like me. And it has nothing to do with color. Just willingness to get your butt off the couch and making something of yourself instead of just hating people for being successful.

BOTH CJ AND RON SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD. ***IF YOU HAVE WIVES OR DAUGHTERS, OR ANY RESPECT FOR WOMEN, DON'T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS WHICH STANDS FOR THE EXACT OPPOSITE.***

This place will strip your car down and eliminate the tiniest speck of dust! Never seen a car wash so thorough--and for a good price to boot.

I was so enraged that I just got into my car and left. After cooling off a little I decided to call the manager. This guy Carlos was not very compassionate either. His single reply was "OK" after I described the situation. Not an apology, not even a question.

I have never felt so publicly and blatantly sexually harassed and treated the way I was today. A newer employee named RON, who is the first person you see when arriving at the car wash and should be expected to make a great first impression, is a despicable excuse for an employee. As any other Saturday morning, many people were standing around waiting for their tickets to take inside and when he turned around and saw me waiting, he looked me up and down, looked back down to my "pelvic area" and then purposely licked his lips and said "mmmm, I didn't see you standing there." and continued to help other customers who were waiting before me. When it was my turn, he turned around again and said "come here little lady, come step into my office." At this point, I was already upset and had no smile on my face, along with no interest in any small talk. He continued to make little comments, after my body language showed how uncomfortable I was, and then finally made a comment to the effect of "I was just trying to be nice, you don't have to act so cold" and that I didn't know how to take the compliments. UM, NEWS FLASH BUD, NOTHING YOU SAID OR DID WAS COMPLIMENTARY - NOR WAS IT APPRECIATED. And before any of you jump to the conclusion that I was "asking for it" I was in full length jeans and a t shirt, no make up and my hair in an ugly bun. I wasn't dressed as a piece of ass, but somehow still ended up getting treated like one.

So the place is definitely not worth even a dollar of a hard working person and I hope this place shuts down soon enough, or at least this hateful bastard gets fired.

Side note, my mother showed up a few minutes after I did and witnessed him verbally sexually harassing ANOTHER woman, who apparently wasn't as nice as I was and said something to him and he made the comment "well someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed today" to justify his comments.

I politely asked to speak to the manager, named CARLOS, who couldn't have been nicer, more understanding or sympathetic to how I felt when I expressed my concerns. If I owned my own business, I'd go back and tell him to quit his job and come work for me where I'd double his salary. That's how great he was. He told me that I should address my concerns with the owner, CJ, because he agreed with me in that action needed to be taken and this employee should not be allowed to treat customers in such a disgusting manner.

And when I didn't back down and shut up, his solution to the problem was to take my name and number and give me a call back later, which will probably never happen.

Now here's the worst part of it all: CJ, the owner, handled the situation so poorly and unprofessionally. He basically told me he didn't believe his employee would act such a way, asked me if I was "sure" and didn't ONCE apologize or acknowledge my feelings. I felt like I had to JUSTIFY why I was upset. He took it upon himself to walk downstairs and out to where RON was and question him about it, PUBLICLY, IN FRONT OF ALL CUSTOMERS. WHAT?!?! As if I haven't felt embarrassed enough, I now have 5 people standing around looking at me and being nosey while RON argues with CJ about the situation. What a joke. No wonder employees like RON think they can get away with such behavior, they have an ignorant and unprofessional owner/boss with no regard for customer experience/service (which is obvious by the amount of negative reviews lately.)

Stay away from this business if you care at all about your car or your money. Beyond sloppy and careless. They actually tore the pocket behind the drivers seat. Didn't even wash the roof of the car. I brought the car back the next day. The guy who cleaned it denied any damages. They then "cleaned" the roof, and again they left multiple dirty spots I could easily wipe clean with my finger. The manager refused to even give me a refund. Just a terrible, terrible business.

Overall it is a good place for a hand wash, you just need to make sure they vacuum well. They offer a small Costco member discount.
